In addition, it features patent-pending technology that reduces retraction speed, limiting the effects of a released lifeline on the SRL and surrounding equipment. The 3M DBI-SALA Sealed-Blok Self-Retracting Lifeline is IP-69K rated to provide protection against ingress of dust, high temperatures, and high-pressure water, for use in extreme environmental conditions. These lifelines are available in SRL, Retrieval SRL, and RSQ configurations.
