The CM300 is the 1st economical insulation wall spray system which enables professional insulation contractors to diversify and expand their business as a highly lucrative venture. The entire system operates entirely with power from your jobsite which eliminates expensive fuel & generator maintenance.

The CM 300 by Cool Machines is the insulation industry’s smallest & most economical insulation wall spray equipment which incorporates the technology of integrated recycling. The CM 300 system can match the production rate of the bigger more expensive truck / trailer systems. Using single phase electric power on your jobsite, the CM 300 system operates all day long without expensive fuel or generator maintenance. In addition, with Integrated Recycling, recycle and dry fiber introduction are controlled with a separate, precisely metered hopper which dramatically increases your production rate as moisture is kept to a minimum.

Vac-Pack Technology provides you with an economical, fast spraying, low maintenance, compact spray system. The vacuum system uses positive pressure so no production slow down occurs, and the hopper inside the truck uses nuetral pressure for discharge with no dust or air surges. This innovative air separator raises the system's endurance using the technology of air bypass, which prevents recycle fibers from contacting the blower. The primary & secondary high efficiency filter system is serviced only one time after you are done for the day. The CM 300 spray system delivers a quick, smooth spray application as it minimizes your setup time & maximizes your system endurance.

CM-3000 has 4 blowers and hopper with integrated recycle, & 150 foot remote cord OR CM-3500 has a P.D. blower with soft start and hopper with integrated recycle, & 150 foot remote cord.
Optional - Dry Hopper extension with an additional two bag capacity.
Vac-Pack Recovery VP-300 System includes a vac-u-lock / air separator module, secondary filter, P.D. vacuum 5HP module w/ soft start, muffler for noise reduction, bin level shutdown, & safety vacuum relief valve.
250 gallon water tank made of polypropylene, heated / insulated, tank assembly with double bladder for use in any weather. Pressure hose ( Heavy duty 170 feet x 1/4 inch diameter) with quick connect fittings & hose reel. Heavy duty motor and pump assembly with run dry capability, quick connect fittings provide easy service and removal, #80 deluxe mesh filter, & gauge for fluid level. Dual pump outlets and on - off for internal wetting control.
Twin Hose Reels are mounted over the tank or can be vertically positioned at the back of the van body, with quick access for easy set-up.
Guardian 17.5 kW generator w/ transfer panel to switch to jobsite electric power, wood enclosure with louvered service access door, slide out bracket (the enclosure will reduce fiber infiltration to your generator).
