The AEMC L642 Thermocouple Simple Logger II is a 2 channel thermocouple data logger.

The choice of storage rates and data storage modes allows the user to easily configure the logger to optimize memory usage for the application. The logger has many application-friendly features including Extended Recording Mode (XRM) and delayed start time. The operator can record temperature at selectable rates of 1 per 5 seconds to 1 per day. Using E, J, K, N, R, S or T thermocouples, the logger measures from -346º to + 1767ºF with resolution down to 0.1º (range dependent).

The main benefit of the logger is its ability to perform many different recording tasks easily with intuitive setup from a computer using DataView software.

The logger samples analog information on the input and converts it to a digital signal, which is processed and stored with time and scale details. An optically isolated USB port allows transfer of data from the logger’s internal memory to the computer for analysis.
