Air Systems International BB30-C02PM BB30 CO2PM Breathing Air Panel
The Air Systems BB30-C02PM is a Grade-D filtration system to supply breathing air for a specific amount of workers.
The BB30-C02PM system filters the incoming air from your compressor to supply-respirators with Grade D quality air while monitoring for Carbon Monoxide and Oxygen levels.
The 1st stage element will filter bulk water & particulate. The 2nd stage is a coalescing filter that eliminates ultra-fine particulates, mists & atomized oils. The 3rd stage filter will remove organic vapors & odors. The filter change indicator is standard for all 3 filtration stages. The efficiency of filtration is 99.99 percent at .01 micron.
A built in carbon monoxide (CO) monitor operates with 9 Volt DC, 115 Volt AC, or 8 to 16 VDC providing continuous detection. The audible high intensity alarm & light alerts workers to high carbon monoxide content in the breathing air supply. A 115 Volt AC conduit box (included) provides power in & connections for remote AC powered alarms. The filtration components come mounted on a powder-coated steel panel.
